How much egg yoke to put in syringe for sick baby

And do we need to mix it with water? It seems kind of thick, Also how often should we feed him?

how old is the chick?

for ones that I have to force feed I mix the egg yolk with a little sugar water with vitamins or electrolyte water.. i make it thin enough that I can get a drop or two in it's beak .. but not so runny that it makes the bird choke.. for older birds that will peck at food I don't add any water.. just crumble the yolk and hold the dish to their beak
