How Much Fluctuation Do You Get When You Add Water/Turn?

My eggs are at the end of Day 2. When I open the bator to put in warm water once a day and turn 3 times a day, the temp goes down to the low 90's somewhere and then it takes it probably an hour or so to get back up. Also, the humidity might jump up to 70 and I'm adding only about 1/4 cup to the one well (LG still air) but then by the end of the day, it's usually down to 30. Does this sound okay or what can I do to make it more stable?

moms get up off the eggs and do stuff. they will be fine. no consistant heat real high or real low.
