How much Ivermectin?

I have a tube of Ivermectin paste 1.87%, made for horses. How much do I give to my chickens for worm prevention/treatment (no known infestation at this time)

A "pea" size amount orally to each chicken. A small "pea" size amount to smaller chickens.
