How much less do hybrids lay in their second year?

I have 15 Lohmann Brown laying hens which I bought when they were 16 weeks old in april and they lay about 12-14 eggs a day at this time of the year. My plan was to slaughter them and replace them next year, but they are producing more eggs then my family will eat( I overestimated our egg consumption). We sell to other relatives, but it involves packing and delivering which take up too much time for me right now.

How much is Lohmann Brown or other hybrids produce the second year? I was thinking that I could keep the chickens next year as well(some family members are starting to see them as pets), but that the egg production will drop to a more manageable size for our family. Do any of you have experience of keeping hybrids to 2 or 3 years of age and do you have numbers of how much the drop in egg production is? I have had trouble finding good data on how much hybrids drop in egg production in their second year. Lohmann Brown is said to lay about 300 eggs per year, will the second year be more like 200 eggs or even less?

I am very grateful if any of you can provide me some good data on this topic.

Gonna be hard to find that data.
Every bird and every situation is different, but I doubt it will taper off much the second year.
But I've never had many hybrids.
The half hybrid I had laid like gang busters for 2 years before dropping dead.

Might ask in these chat threads:

Well, I've never had that cross, but our red sex link girl laid nearly every day for 8 years. Her last year wasn't a good year though so I only count her 8 productive years
Without ever molting?

No, she molted each year like normal, but when she wasn't doing a moot it was every day

My first Flock consisted of 5 Golden Comets, early spring chicks in 2016.
The first year I got 32 to 35 a week.
Second year I got 26 to 30.
Between age 2 and 3 I lost one to egg bound, culled another for same thing, and culled a third, bleeding from vent.
I culled the other two between 3 1/2 to just over 4 years, internal laying.
They had their first molt at 20 months.

So your chickens aren't the same red sex-links, but from my experience, I would slaughter before the 2nd winter. GC
