How much should a 16 week old chicken weigh?

Just found this chart for commercial layers and at the bottom it has an average age to weight ratio.

My Barred Rock hatchery hens weighed about 3.5lbs at two years old, so I'd guess your pullets are probably supposed to be in the 2lb range.
