The offspring would look identical to the parents, since your hen has similar coloring to your rooster. Have you seen them mate?
No.
He grabs half-heartedly at her feathers first thing in the morning and she runs of, but he never actually mounts her.
Sad, because she'd make a great mamma.

My first serama pullet to start laying, Pearl, has been laying nearly every day since she started! I've heard people describe seramas as good layers, others not, so I'm guessing it comes down to the individual bird. My other serama pullet Della laid her first egg the other day so I'm waiting to see how she compares to Pearl.

I don't know much about laying ability on Seramas guess they should be treated like regular chickens.
Are you going to eat there eggs?
