I would focus on getting her mated, than letting her brood infertile eggs. Your rooster and hen have to stay together for a long while and need space to just incase she needs to run from him.

Make sure you stick with proper nutrition for both of them, no more treats. They both need to max out there health for embryo development and to strengthen his sperm. To have high viable eggs.

I'm not sure, it could be due to poor circulation. Has she always had that? I know she was with your other hen that passed away.

Watch them carefully, there might be an infection occurring, I hoping that's not the case. Don't have them near any other chickens.
