I have 1 SS and 2 RIRs. The RIRs are feathering out fairly quickly, but my SS is slow going. She has her wing feathers and seems to be getting a little on her neck while the RIRs have their tail feathers, wings, and are well on their way to filling out the neck back and chest. They will be 3 weeks old on Wednesday. Is this normal??
