How much space is required?

I need to house three male ringnecks for the winter. They are growing up in a tractor now but I can already tell they need more space. What is the recommended space and set up for these guys?

Each state has their own requirements for ringnecks.Here in N.H.,it's 25 sq ft per bird.They should be fine together as long as there are no hens around them.
