We just had 4 butchered a few months ago. We paid $10 kill fee plus .40 a lb to the butcher. I sold 2 1/2 at $2.00 a lb. I kept 1 1/2 for us. I lost money on this and will probably not raise anymore myself. I will buy one ready to go next time.
