How Much to Pay for Sears and Roebuck Redwood Incubator?

I'm looking at a Sears and Roebuck Incubator, 8 trays tall. It's in excellent condition, and had the thermostat and ?fan? replaced in February. He wants $300 and won't budge on the price. I know it's not a steal, but it is reasonable? I can't seem to find another one around here, so I don't want to bypass it, but also don't want to waste money.

Any thoughts, folks?
