LOVE it- a much simpler design then mine and i'm looking at it thinking i like it way more! Super nice

I dunno 500-1k if it included the wire- if it was 'hard wood' i bet even more based off of what coops sell for online!

Anywhere from $800 - $1250, if it was for sale in my hometown here in Fairfield County then I could see it going as high as 2K.

Really nice coop and run!

Can you give the dimensions? That would help to determine a price. I know what I just spent for materials for an 8' x 16' 1/2" hardware cloth covered run. And it was not inexpensive.

If I didn't have DH to build one for me, I'd pay $1,250 for this one. I have an understanding of how much work went into it.

I'd say it's worth at least $1,000...probably more than that. People around here advertise on Craigslist for building coops/runs like that and they charge anywhere from $600 on up depending on size and materials.
