How often do chickens shed intestinal lining?

Does it depend on the chicken? I see some lining shed every month and wonder how often a chicken sheds lining. I assume it’s not everyday since that could be a sign of an illness so my guess is maybe once a month or maybe once a week?

If you see it every once in a while and everyone is acting normal, then I wouldn't worry about it.
If really concerned, get a fecal float to see if worms are an issue.
