How often do you change the water in duck pool?

My ducks seem to like the clean water in their pool. Now they only swim in the pool when I change the water. While after 2 or 3 hours, the water get dirty and they don't want to jump in again. How often do you chang change the water in the pool? I don't want to get a big water bill in next month.

I have 3 medium kiddy pools and 1 6x6ft kiddy pool, I add water daily but change them every 3 days.. I have 2 water bins that I change water in daily for drinking water and feed them once a day. I have 2 large deep tins to eat from.

Right now we have a small kiddy pool that is changed every other day but fresh water is added to the dirty water daily just so they think it is new water

That's how I my ducks as well. I have 10 ducks with 3 kiddy pools and a 6ft x 6ft kiddy pool too. I change their wayer every 3rd day with their tub water for eating twice a day. They love the water even when they muck it up

Yep water doesn't stay clean for long.

The water never stays clean lol I just let them enjoy
