How often do you Wash yourself?

I shower every night before bed...
unless i'm going somewhere that day... then i shower before leaving the house.

Shower bare minumum once, normally twice, sometimes three times. It just feels soo nice! Hand washing is a little outrageous...

I shower every day, unless I just sit around all day and plan to do nothing.
I wash my hair every other day, it's curly and gets dry really easily, so I've been told not to wash it every day.


I wash my hands all the time. Almost every time I walk past a sink.

Okay one time I didn't shower after doing some yard work. I didn't think I got that sweaty and it just got late in the day and DH is pretty easygoing etc....and that's how I discovered chiggers. A lesson that, once learned, you never forget. Where's an itchy smiley when you need one? Here, pretend when this one isn't saying "GAAH!" it's frantically trying NOT to scratch.

I shower every other day unless I have drill (National Guard) or it's a work day for me (I'm a groomer 1-2 days a week). Otherwise, I'm a SAHM and don't really get dirty, not to mention, I have skin issues, so my doctor recommended showering minimally for me, and when I do, I have to use this special lotion crap thats a PITA.... All of my dirty chores (like cleaning animal cages and areas) are done on my shower days, before I shower.

When it comes to washing my hands, though, I do, a lot. I'm a very clean person, I can't stand to be dirty!

I bath pretty much every night. The only time I don't is possibly on a Friday night if I know that the following morning I am going to be outside doing yard work. I figure I am gonna get all sweaty and dirty so why waste the water. My kids take one every other day unless they get absolutely filthy which is usually the case during summer.


I am OCD about handwashing. I can't eat without washing my hands. Can't stand the feeling of my hands being dirty. Lotion on my hands bugs me as well but I try to use it faithfully as I have excema and it really flares up when my hands are dry!!
