How often should I move my coop? Please help, need advice!

I have a semi-permanent type tractor for my 3 chickens... it is very heavy and kind of a beast to move around so I never really did and kept my chickens in one spot (but allow them to free range for an hour or two every morning/evening and most of the day on weekends). However, I've been having a really hard time with tape worms and so was encouraged to move them around my yard but as you can see I'm pretty limited with space (see photos). So with that in mind... how often should I be moving the tractor to avoid another tape worm infestation and with my limited available space? I figure I might have 3-4 spots I can rotate them through. So should I be moving them every week which would allow the other spots a regeneration period of 3-4 weeks... ? Or can I keep them in one spot longer than week... I need help. I don't want worms ANYMORE please.

I move my coop when the grass is disappearing in the run..
