We probably eat eggs in something almost dailey. I love them and I don't buy into all the "bad for ya crap" Like someone else pointed out too much of ANYTHING probably isn't good for you. Now I have to go and grab another beer.
My dietitian said that eating one entire egg and one egg white every day for breakfast was perfectly healthy. So one would imagine that two whole eggs aint too bad for you. Probably no worse than a cup of coffee.
I avoid caffeine because it aggravates a medical condition I have. I've never been much of a coffee drinker, but I do like my iced tea. I'm so used to decaf tea now, I don't even notice the difference. I do however, hate the fact that decaf Coke tastes horrible. I don't drink them very often anymore, but when I do, I drink The Real Thing.
Cholesterol is more a function of heredity than diet when all is said and done. My DH eats 4 eggs every morning. Has done this for years. FOUR, EVERY morning. His cholesterol is excellent and always has been.

I know, I have had decaf coffee for years, started with the goooood stuff, Starbucks decaf. I notice the difference bigtime when I get caffeine instead of decaf. When we visit my mom in the evening, she asks us if we want coffee, and we say yes if its decaf, and when I get home, I KNOW its got caffeine in it, but she'll never admit it. I have drank so much decaf caffeine free coke and pepsi that I can't stand the real stuff.
I have been heavy on the dairy cheese egg yogurt, etc, for the past 3 years, and my cholesterol went down 40 points!!!! I think its transfats that are bad, like in all the junkfood and cake and donuts. That stuff will kill you, not the little gifts that your girls leave for you.
