How old and gender is this I need to know?

That is not true. There are tons of mixed flocks including silkies. I have a sensitive breed, too. She's super dramatic and screams if the other hens go near her, they don't bother her anymore, but she's just sensitive.. just like the nature of silkies. She'll be happier in a flock. put your fears aside and put your chickens first, please.
But many silkies are killed in the process as well…integration has to be done SLOWLY. I learned this the hard way.

Yes, but OP wants to avoid it all together. Even with the proper process, chickens will be chased, pecked at, and screaming will happen. Chickens are a dominant species.
The OP wants to start a seperate silkie flock which is even better. She will still have a flock, just one of her own size…

Yeah, that’s true and all, but blood is never a good sign. Blood should never be shed when integrating. It can cause flystrike and other awful things 😞

OFC blood isn't a good sign, but if your intergrating chickens it MIGHT happen. I did everything I was supposed to do, and after several weeks of look don't touch, I put my pullets in with the hens at night, and one of them was bascially scalped by morning. took her inside, let her heal up, and put her back in. Everybody is all good now.

Those are some viscous chickens…the worst my hens do is chase the chicks…

I’ve made my choice I’m doing a silkie flock and a layer flock
