How old are my turkey eggs?

So I have a bunch of turkey eggs in my still air incubator. I am not sure how old they are and when the will hatch. Looking for some insight as to how much longer they may have! Also, any hatching tips would be great! Thanks!

I am not too sure, since I have never incubated turkey eggs. From the size of the air cell, though, it looks like you might have turkeys in 8 days or less. Sorry if I'm wrong, though!
