Your she is a he im afraid, as for the breed.. He is a splash EE, or possibly a game.. But games are "extremely" uncommon at feedstores since hatcheries don't have them.. At least in the US.. At first i was thinking a splash sumatra and still could be i guess, but he shouldn't have a red face and the legs shouldn't be green "i think".. Other than that there isn't anything he can be, the other breeds he resembles "sort of" are all straight/single comb.

are you sure on the "he" part...because the comb is very small like my hens!!!! Ive researched on the net and Ive seen Splash Marans online from hatcherys...and I got them from a guy that breeds them....here in town...

ok, at this age can I tell from feathers or vent if its a male/female???? OH GOSH!!!! LET ME GO GET A CLOSE UP OF HER/HIS FACE FOR THE COMB!!!!! OH GOSH

Born in March, no crowing, and no mounting of my other hens...hmmmm

He has a peacomb so it will take awhile to grow "big".. But i'll show you a photo of some of mine at 2 months (3 months is bigger now, though some have combs like yours, and others are almost invisible too).

One, bad picture but you can see the comb..

And a picture of 2 of the little guys (and their sister, the brown one) pecking at some watermelon a day before the first picture.

And here they are, with mom.. Leaving to get out of the sprinkling rain after the watermelon.

She reminds me of a bantam sumatra. Sumatras are supposed to have black faces, etc. but hatchery birds are rarely ever conforming to the standard. Plus, being that she's a splash, that could mess with the genetics as well. I don't know the specifics of the breed to know what colors do to the black facial features, comb and wattle.

Well, one day My little girl crowed and it was very obvious that she was a he. He is very energetic and fluffs up his neck feathers and jumps at you whenever you get close, I still have no idea what breed he is. I cant get pictures cuz he jumps! His comb is red and still fairly small but he has very long tailfeathers that come down like a fountain. He is kind of slender still, He doesnt have spurs, Do all roosters get spurs?
