How old do chicks w/ broody need to be before sale?

I have several little Faverolles cockerels who are about three weeks old. They are still with their broody mama and I want to know how old they need to be when I sell them. Also, how much should I sell them for? I have two with only four toes. What about these two?

They're old enough to sell from day one... Sounds to me like SOMEONE might not wanna' let them go.

Yes, I do not want to let them go, but I have no choice. I have a backyard flock and keeping them would not be beneficial for them or for the rest of the flock, either.
