How old do Muscovy drakes start mating?

I've had my muscovy drake for about 2 months now, and was supposed to be 5 months when I got him. He's twice the size of my 2 females but has no interest in mating with them? I can't seem to find anything on google and one of the hens in currently sitting on eggs.

it depends on the duck really when his hormones kick in he should be like an engine, he 7 months now? Ive had males mate at ages 4 months up to waiting till 8 months old, females can tend to start earlier though when it comes to breeding
