How old is my little chick, Miracle?

[Hopefully]

I'm thinking one week old. She's getting grey feathers on her wings now. She's also taking more of the shape of a chicken than a fluffy golf ball of a chick

When will she start to become more independent (no more need for warmth, able to defend herself, fly, etc)
Can't wait until she's able to fly!

She'll probably be a great flier, just like her mother..

What should I expect in her growth and development in the future?

She's a bantam

I'll try to post pics but I still need to take some good ones. They'll come though, for sure! She's so pretty, I have to say, she's the prettiest little chick I've had. lol
