How old is this Rhode Island Red?

Hi everyone I got this hand from a boy and he didn't know how old it was. I think it's a hen because of the stripe on the head, but I'm not sure. If anyone can help with age and/or sex it would be greatly appreciated!

I agree. It's about 2 or 3 weeks old. It's still way too young to even guess at what gender it is yet.
