How should I cure them?

We were given 9 turkeys yesterday (and a duck). They are quarantined from our turkeys because they are sneezy and some of them have what looks like puss-filled swollen "cheeks". I zoomed in on a picture (not the best pic) to see the girl here and her puffy cheeks.
What exactly is going on here?
How long should I expect it to last?
Do the cheeks need treatment or will they return to normal when the respiratory stuff settles?
Thanks.

We assume they are BBW and BB Bronze and are told they are 5 months old.

Will the cheek swelling recede when the respiratory stuff is resolved?
If the respiratory issues get cured the cheek swelling may or may not recede. Sometimes the pus has to be surgically removed once it hardens.

Personally I would not have brought home sick turkeys.

Yeah, I get why. Hopefully I don't regret it. Too late now though and we were trying to help the guy out. He didn't tell us (and seemed not to want to admit) that they were sick. He conveyed a processing date of October 4th, but we may not make it that long if they can't be cured. I would be sorry if they went to waste and could have been useful.
