How should I incubate Jungle Fowl eggs?

We missed having Jungle Fowls around so we bought some eggs from a breeder and had them shipped to us. We let them sit upside down for 26 hours before putting them in. I was in school when they arrived and my mother told me one was leaking, but no cracks so we put all twelve in the incubator. Temp is 100 F / Humidity is 50% there on day 2. Am I doing anything wrong?
