How soon after adding lights should I noice an increase in egg laying

Like many others on this forum my hens stopped laying eggs, I have 42 egg layers and maybe 4 eggs per day max. Sooooooooooo I put in a light from 3AM to 8AM on Monday. I was just wondering how long it would take for increase in egg production. My customers are screaming for farm fresh eggs!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

hay they could be egg eating or sometimes chickens stop laying and then will come back are they molting if so they wont lay for a while.

i had been toled to put a rotern egg in some places in the chicken pen and when they crak it open

They stopped molting about a month ago, and I think I might have egg eaters, so just ordered the egg nest roll out and will put in nest tomorrow.
I was hoping the light would work and quick

after they stop molting it will take a week or 2 for them to start laying again. bye the sounds of it they are egg eaters.

Wouldn't I see signs of egg eaters??? Wet nest, shells ,yolk ??
