How soon can you move chicks from the bator to the brooder?

This is my first time to hatch and I have read you dont have to take them out right away. I was just wanting to know when was a good time to move them to the brooding area?

If you have other chicks hatching you do not want to open the bator for you will loose the humidity. I take my chicks out of bator after all hatch and are dry. Sometimes 36 hrs. after the first chick hatches. When i hatch i am hatching 30 to 60 chicks at a time. I have an outside brooder and i do not let them get chilled on the way to the brooder.
