How Soon Can You Tell If Your Chick Will Be Frizzle? PICS...

I have two chicks that have the potential for being frizzle...how soon will I be able to tell if they are going to frizzle or not...they hatched on 7-24-09

Is it possible on a young chick that frizzing would show on the coverts but not on the primaries?

I have had a frizzle take as long as 2 weeks to show its wings! And.... I accidently gave them to my sister in law, and 2 weeks later, she told me she has 2 frizzles! DARN!!!! TRICKY!!
