How Soon Do You Name Your Chicks?

We've just had some chicks, two days old they are now. I'm meant to be naming them (there's two) but I can't think of any good names!! If I do think of any, then I won't tell anyone until they're a week old at least. We had a previous chick that died after a day- I don't like naming them too early.

Well, I start thinking of names when I know I'm getting them. But when we get home, (when we get to see the personalities) I name them with my mom, brother, and dad.

I normally have names in mind, but they usually end up naming themselves.
