My ducks ducklings are slowly hatching, I was out of town when the first one hatched and my sitter found it running around the coop so I had here remove it and put it in the brooder. We have predator issues on occasion and a lot of other birds that were pecking at it. I tried to remove another one last night and it seemed like it just hatched and wasn’t able to walk or anything yet, so I felt it would be best with its mom. We trapped her in a coop and gave her food and water but we woke up and she had escaped and the duckling is gone. Another one hatched today, can I remove it today? Or do I have to wait. I don’t want to lose another one.

I usually wait until the ducklings are mostly dry and then go ahead move them to the brooder.
As long as you have the brooder already nice and warm, they should be fine.
