How tall does a run have to be to keep chickens in

Mine is 6 foot high... So far it's kept things out but did not keep my EE hen in yet

We finally had to clip her wings (both of them) we tried just clipping one but a week later she had that all figured out and flew over again. All the other hens (10) stay put inside and don't bother even trying. It's our hawk looking ee that does the escaping.

Mine is 8'. Keeping them in isn't the problem. It's keeping the predators OUT!.
