How tall is an average Bantam?

I have two Japanese/Sultan Bantams and I don't know if the Sultan (there father) was a Bantam or not so I was thinking that if I knew how tall a bantam is then maybe I could measure mine and if they are a lot taller then probably there father was a standard size rooster. Does anyone know a better way?

Probably help ya better to know a Sultan should weigh 4 to 5 pounds. A bantam Sultan should weigh about 22 ounces.
