How tall is your bathroom sink?

Gf is very short! I built the kitchen sink(30") to make it easier for her to do dishes. Isn't that thoughtful of me?

I have a friend who is just over 6' and her BF is 6'7"

They "adjusted their entire house to suit them. He took every piece of bathroom equipment and put it all on pedestals. The shower head is at 7'6". The entire kitchen row of cabinets and appliances rest on a shelf six inches higher than average.

They use "counter height" kitchen and dining room furniture.....

I feel like a pygmy there. I am 5"2"!

Rhett&SarahsMom :

31'... but I have been looking at a new one. I so want a pedestal sink. Someday I will get the rest of the bathroom done

I have one of those and I HATE it... that's what I can't wait to replace..

I was thinking of a simple metal leg frame with a slab of polyeurothaned cherry stained cheap-o wood and a glass bowl ontop of that as the basin... 36" to the faucet handles sounds good to me. 5" will keep me from stooping yet not make it seem too tall.

I think a lot is dependent upon the plumber doing the job. I would like kick the plumbers that hang the urinals so high.
