Jimminey Crickets!! any babies yet?!!!! I keep looking back to this post!! You sound exactly like me!! "I want babies!!" my boyfriend hasn't heard the end of that one for almost 3 weeks!! He's like I Knowwwwww!!

I lock down tomorrow and I was surprisingly patient the last 2 1/2 weeks but coming close to the end im sooo ancy!! I WANT BABY CHICKENS NOW!!! (I even checked at all the feed stores to see if they had any to hold me over thats how bad I want them! nope too cold still!) Its my first hatch ever in a homemade bator too!! I CANT WAIT!! Out of 24 eggs 17 are wiggling!! 4 BCM and the rest mutts! 1 or 2 EE though!! Hoping for a roo or 2!!

BCM Roo and EE Roo would be the best outcome I can hope for (I have 6 EE pullets now and I want more and more and olive eggers too!!)!! The rest better turn out to be good layers!! I wouldn't mind anything really though!! Mine better hatch because I bought 50 lbs of chick food today!! makes me want to set up the brooder.. but I figure I should wait until I get really ancy and that'll give me something to occupy my time later!

Good luck and go tell them babies they're LATE!!!

I feel like I should be telling you to get some sleep that way you have extra energy with BABIES tomorrow!! but heck I wouldn't be sleeping either, I just know it!! See, you didnt kill them!! They're probably just taking their time because they dont want to be alone with that crazy lady that keeps staring and making funny noises!! haha!! I'm totally joking!! Thats will be be me actually!
