How to accustom a new-to-me 2 month old duck to being handled?

Any ideas duck folks on how to help a new-to-me duck to being handled? Or how to calm her sufficiently to being put away in the duck house at night without chasing her around?
We lost our female Pekin about a month ago and a man who raises ducks for the meat market gave me this two month old Pekin to take the place of the one we lost. She/he is super scared of me but hangs out with my male Pekin and spends time in the various swimming pools and wanders the garden just fine. I'm limiting the size of area she/he has to escape to at bedtime, then slowly move in to grab her and put her in the duck house.
Anyone have any better ideas on how to tame this scared creature?

Time, patience, treats. We adopted a skittery trio - and they will likely never be cuddly, but I spend time with them as I do with the rest, and give them treats, and take them on walks (keep treats handy in case they get jittery). They are now shy but friendly.

Spending time is a great suggestion. Every night when I put my ducks to bed I tell them nighty night and now that's all I have to say and they march into their coop even in the day. I have heard you can use two long poles and guide her into the coop I did start off that way and it worked. My ducks are still wary of people and I do spend a lot of time with them. Good Luck

We adopted two goldens a week ago and we have been methodically spending time with them to get them used to us. I work out there on my laptop and the kids do there homework as well. They are still shy but are content to have us sit near them while they play and swim. When i was installing a new pump yesterday peckers came within a foot of me and sat down to "supervise". Just spend time with them and talk to them so they get used to you.

I have also found that ducks thrive on routine. We put them out at sunrise and put them in and sundown. They have started approaching the door as dusk settles.
