How to add comments on articles in the learning center?

I see comments at the bottom of articles but I don't see any way for me to add my own comments. What am I missing?

Have you seen other peoples comments? If so scroll farther down and there will be a box for you to leave a comment, I hope you have it!

Yes, I see other comments and it would make sense that one might have to make a certain number of posts before one can participate there. I'll wait until I have 10 posts or more and check again. Thanks.

Thanks for the info. Another "newbie" who wants to post comments. Want to thank CovertChickenOps for his posts regarding his chicken tractor design. I used his ideas, some of his improvement and some ideas of my own to build my first chicken tractor.
