How to add comments on articles in the learning center?

I see comments at the bottom of articles but I don't see any way for me to add my own comments. What am I missing?

Thanks for the post. New members are limited in what they can do for the first handful of posts. This helps us keep spammers under control.

Post a few more times in our forum and you'll be able to add comments, etc.

One thing I'm surprised by: You said you can't even see article comments?

UPDATE: I think I fixed the comments issue! You should now be able to see all comments regardless of how many posts you have.

Fix confirmed! I can now see comments while logged in, as well as a more explanatory message "(You have insufficient privileges to post comments.)"

Have you seen other peoples comments? If so scroll farther down and there will be a box for you to leave a comment, I hope you have it!

I'm up to 7 posts now and I see the ability to comment has appeared now. Thanks to everyone who answered.

Yes, I see other comments and it would make sense that one might have to make a certain number of posts before one can participate there. I'll wait until I have 10 posts or more and check again. Thanks.
