How to add comments on articles in the learning center?

I wonder if the threshold is affecting me as well; I created an account specifically to ask questions about and provide feedback on an article[1], and while I was able to start private conversations with the author, I am unable to even see the article comments while logged in.

Thanks for the post. New members are limited in what they can do for the first handful of posts. This helps us keep spammers under control.

Post a few more times in our forum and you'll be able to add comments, etc.

One thing I'm surprised by: You said you can't even see article comments?

UPDATE: I think I fixed the comments issue! You should now be able to see all comments regardless of how many posts you have.

Fix confirmed! I can now see comments while logged in, as well as a more explanatory message "(You have insufficient privileges to post comments.)"
