How to Adjust Temp In a Little Giant Incubator

I am new and this is my first. post . I am sure some where in the other threads is the answer to my question but frankly I I cant find it . It a two part question what should my incubator be set at and how to make the adjustments with incubator? please help I am in day 4 of my hatch. right now the temp is showing 100.00 degees and 79 degrees of humidity. I hatching six geese eggs I got online .

You need to have other thermometers in it to measure the temperature. Little Giant thermometers don't work very well.
If its digital: You push the set button until its starts blinking and then you push the up or down button to your desired temperature. Then you push the set button until it stops blinking.

thank you so much. I put another digital temp/humid device in the box and I will adjust off that . Now am I correct I depress the set button until it blinks then do I release or continue to hold it down while setting the up or down button? moving on if it is release button then set do I again press the set at the temp I set.?

I am reading the my numbers right now and the digital device is reading 78 humidity and 99 temp My incubator is reading 71 humidity and 102 temp with the heater on . . So I got a 3 degree variance to deal with. so if that true i need to move the incubator to 103. i am now 20 minutes down the road and my digital is reading 100 temp and my incubator is reading 102 temp and the heater is off
