How to clean poo stains off concrete?!

Bleach is a strong, excellent cleaner. We use it on our cement basement floor with our cat's hairballs and other things.

You really should not have an unsealed concrete floor in your garage. It simply bleeds dust forever. Why not, since now it's been scrubbed, get some concrete paint and go over the whole floor? It comes in 2 cans that you mix together, then a paint roller to apply. Then, next time, you won't have stains at all. (I know, that wasn't the question, but since husband doesn't like the stains he will probably love a nice, clean painted floor!)
