Here are my beautiful rainbow eggs!! The ones that laid these are, Olive Egger, Cream Legbar, Black Star, White Leghorn, and my Murray's big red broiler is laying the darker brown egg.

Colored layers not yet laying: French Black copper Marans, EE, and Ameracaunas.

I've heard you can get hens that lay a pinkish shade(salmon faverolle maybe) and a brown speckled egg(welsummer?). What other breeds should I get to complete the rainbow???

Cayuga ducks lay black...but for chickens, you seem to know what to get! I want marans!!! Heres my egg basket for now, waiting for welsummers and OEs to lay.

I think it would eventually be awesome if you got ahold of two or three roosters and started breeding them to your girls. You'd definitely get more interesting eggs from the daughters! I'm thinking quality bred French Copper Marans, Pure Ameracaunas, and perhaps a Cream Legbar or Welsummer Rooster. That's my plan at least when I get some land 🤷‍♂️🥺

Orpingtons and Wyandottes can lay a pinkish egg. The pink on eggs is from the bloom and can be washed off, but still pretty. Agree a few olive eggers, maybe an F2, that lay the deeper olive would be pretty too.😊
One of my buff orpingtons used to lay pink eggs. She’s a “old lady” now so not laying but used to be a pretty light pink/peach shade, not as brown as her sisters.
