how to cook fresh chicken, like fresh today

Just wondering the best way to cook fresh chicken that my dog killed today-we processed her immediately, she wasn't injured too badly, just broken neck. We skinned her and got the breast meat and legs/thighs. What is the best way to cook the meat? We just couldn't see wasting her totally, I mean, we have raised her and everything...the sad part is she just started laying eggs like a week ago-UGGGH! But need good recipes..please help! Thanks.

I have only cooked a laying hen once. Rest have been meat chickens. Cooking them is totally different.

After my failed attempt, a friend told me to next time pressure cook it and double what the directions say. It makes great soup.
