Thank you for the great information. I was collecting eggs several times a day and immediately incubating them. I'm sure it disturbed the temps some with the other eggs. So after I collect eggs, I can store them at 60F and wait 5-6 daysMakes things much easier.
Yes, after a week the fertility really starts to drop, so try to incubate them prior to that room temp is fine... But, it's also best to turn them ever so often prior to incubation, I keep them on in a basket on the kitchen counter prior to incubation and just rotate them when I think about it, trying to do it at least twice a day... I still collect multiple times during the day if my plan is to incubate just to be sure they are fresh...
