How to coxoid to give ?

How much coxoid do I give to my hen? In syringe feeding but have no clue how much to give

The directions below are what the label says. It is for use in water, not given orally undiluted. If you have to jump start a treatment, I would only give a drop or two orally, and then give it in the mixed solution. Active Ingredients
Coxoid contains Amprolium Hydrochloride 3.84% w/v.
Dosage and Administration:
Add Coxoid to the drinking water at a rate of 28ml per 4.5 litres (1fl.oz. per gallon) for 7 days. In serious outbreaks of coccidiosis, treatment at half strength (14ml per 4.5 litres) should be continued for a furthur 7 days.
The birds should not have access to unmedicated drinking water during the treatment period. Any medicated water which is not consumed within 24 hours should be discarded.
