How to create emerald white spalding?
First I take a Java green rooster and a hen IB white.
First generation, all chicks are blue / green spaldings 50% (IB genes erase the white genes).
Some birds are slit spalding white 50% ?
How do I recognize those birds ? ....like an IB split white ?
Then in F2 what must i do ?
Or first trying to obtain spaldings 50% white - when do appear when the white Colour?
And then ?

First, for clarification, we will drop the name "emerald".
I think you have the general idea. Java rooster on IB White hen.
F1 generation is all spaulding, but should show signs of white (white flights) as they will all be split to white
You should get white birds in the F2 generation (F1 x F1).
To get a bird that is closer to the green peafowl in appearance, but white in colour, you then start over with a Java rooster and a white hen from your F2 generation, replacing the hen from each breeding with a white hen of the F2 generation of each new successive breeding. the more times you replace that hen, the closer the resulting offspring should be to the green peafowl in appearance.
I'm not really good with % of green vs % of blue, to me it is really how much it looks like the greens.

Thanks for your response!

Neck feathers of peacock greens look like fish scales. In this photo of a spalding emerald pied colored feathers are like scales but white feathers not really. picture from Petra.

Here in this photo of Legg's Farm I'm not sure that the neck feathers have this quality: http://www.leggspeafowl.com/photo/images/P1090676.jpg
Are there any pictures of white spalding high% ? In this photo we see the yellow ..... are there any pictures that show faces yellow and blue?

I'm not sure what you mean by yellow AND blue? I understand the yellow part, just not the blue part. I don't raise spaldings myself, I prefer the look of the blues. I recall having seen some high % white spaulding photos once, but I haven't been able to locate them. You will only get the scaling look from birds that aren't white, the white masks any differentiation in the colouring of the feather, hence why you see it on the coloured feathers of the pied.
