How to delete and add a different member to a conversation

I have a friend on here who recently switched accounts and is wondering if I can delete her old self/account from a convo and add her new account. How do you delete and add?

If you started the conversation you can add the new user name, but you cannot delete name.

Can you upgrade to a premium membership? You can have 20 people if you're a premium member.
