How to disc a garden when your tractor isn't running

Love it! I always wondered if a truck (or even a wannabe truck) could pull a disc.

thanks.....you just gave my DH an idea...hmmmmm, and I just know the neighbours are going to be looking at him in a very strange way....again... a while back the riding mover died. he got ticked off with it and after hurting his foot by kicking it (he forgot he was wearing sandals) he took the atv tied my push mover to it and off he went. I was in the house and I just heard a motor running. but a little while later I realized it was more than just one motor running I looked out my bedroom window and there he was going round and round with the mower tied to the back of the atv. the only thing I said was OMG he is nuts, and then saying well its working for now, and then I said I bet you he breaks the mower before he gets it all cut. and lo and behold an hour later he comes in and tells me the handle to the mower just came right off and he couldn't put it back together

then that same weekend he takes the utility jeep outback and got it stuck in a mud bog, he asked me to come help him pull it out, so I went, thinking he is just going to push while I drive...uhmm no....I was soo very wrong. he decided to take the ATV and ram the back of the jeep,

the jeep was fine and it got unstuck, but the front rack of the ATV got all messed up. I have since banned him on using the ATV, the jeep and the lawnmower until he grows some sensible brains!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ema, you sound about as useful as my wife was when I would drive the tractor into the pond; it would slide in sideways. Her contribution was getting the camera, taking pictures, and sending them out to all of our friends and relatives. I would tell them that I had to cut the water weeds. The diesel would run under water until it sucked in enough through the exhaust; it cost about $1,500 for repairs every time.

no talking about ponds pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...I have 50 acres and he keeps talking about putting in a pond....with the wildlife we got around here I told him its 50 percent bad idea (bears and other big predators using it for a watering hole and mosquitoes) 50 percent good idea (because when I get ducks they would just love that) so we really need to talk about something of that sort a lot more than just in passing.

well recently his boss placed him with the guys that play with those little sticks that go Kaboom and has been blowing up big big rocks in order to get the new roads in....and he almost has his boss convinced to come blow up a hole in the back of my land....

oh and BTW the camera is always near by!!!

Oh Joe, he is a Jeep die-hard fan!

I told him if we EVER get another Jeep, it better be automatic and FOUR door!

I wanted it to be a family car, not off road. Wished the insurance and payments would be cheaper tho! I don't think the four door Jeep is a gas miser. I will NOT get a Cherokee!

Me too.
I've wanted a Jeep since I was 12, but one with a PTO... BIG DREAM now.
Wonder if I could get a PTO put on my Toyota Tundra 4WD.

I see why NOT!
