HOW TO FATTEN UP ADULT TURKEYS

Our hen is 18 months, and she is healthy but petite. Our Tom is about10 months old now and growing rapidly, (8 months in the pictures). I'm hoping that he and the hen will hatch a few babies this spring. Anyone have experience with hatching turkey eggs and raising them? We are new to turkeys, I have really enjoyed them. They are such docile pleasant birds...so far. Every morning while I'm cooking breakfast Mr. Tom wanders down to our house jumps up on the rock in front of the kitchen window and tips his head so he can see me and whistles for his breakfast.
