i cook em so soft and even baby chicks love em,, when i mix with peas they eat the soft carrots first. the chunks they grab n the others chase n tear off pcs. its fun.. and dont think they just need starter as many dont even feed starter ..mother hen shows em and they dont get starter https://afarmishkindoflife.com/tag/poultry/
